Don’t forget to block out time to rest, relax, and refresh, even during the work day. After every 90 minutes of a task, block out a 10-15 minute break to stretch, change your scenery for a few minutes, and let your brain take a rest.

Set a timer and work on the task for a set amount of time. Once the timer goes off, take a break and then return to it. You’ll be surprised at how much you can get done when you’re not procrastinating!
